About the Author
Carolyn Lennox, M.S.W., Ed.D., has been conducting individual, group, marital, and family therapy for more than eighteen years, during the past seven of which she has studied, trained in, supervised, and practiced redecision therapy. A member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers and the International Transactional Analysis Association, as well as a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Dr. Lennox practices in Richardson, Texas.

A very well written book on Redicision Therapy

Redicision Therapy is a powerful, little known technique that can help patients make lasting changes in their lives. In the age of one size fits all therapies, Redicision therapy integrates the most effective techniques from CBT, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt. This book is written by the leading practitioners for the therapist that is interested I'm this practical yet effective system. Highly recommended.

Required reading by my supervisor. A bit hard to follow. Starts similar to solution focused therapy but then veres off with lingo not learned in my masters. "Tourist contracts etc." Rereading it to try to figure it out better.
